As project managers we provided continual support on site representing the club regarding all construction and design related activities. Ran weekly meeting with committee to prioritize and manage progress and issues. We provided all factual data driven assessments of budget and schedule progress.

We oversaw civil engineering, utilities, environmental and water solutions. We created value engineering opportunities to improve quality, budget and schedule.

There were many changes from the initial plans and yet River Oaks reopend in the fall as planned on budget and with improvements to the members delights.

Mahaffey instituted plans to insure the contractor met quality, quantity and schedule requirements. It is often difficult for a contractor to keep all of those critical factors managed, yet Mahaffey was able to manage in the clients best interests at all times. Many of his programs are what has helped keep the quality of his construction firm, Greenscape Methods, at a similarly demanding level.

Shadowing our environmental consultants and engineers proved to be a valuable resource to ensure all of the project followed all objectives. These experiences have helped shape how we manage future environmental issues and allow us to push back where we understand and can provide specific facts. Memorial Park and Nine Grand have both benefited greatly from these experiences.
